💰 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation and Refund on Services

  • Cancellation Period: Within 24 hours of booking – no penalty.

  • After 24 Hours: 20% cancellation fee applies.

  • Refund Processing: Within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Non-Refundable: Tickets and certain bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellation Prior to Shipment

If you cancel before shipment, no extra fees will be charged. Send your cancellation request within 12 hours of order submission.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted for:

  1. Failed Delivery

  2. Wrong Delivery

  3. Damaged Item

Only products purchased directly from NPRO DIGITAL Online Store are eligible.
Items must be returned:

  • Within 7 working days of receipt

  • In original condition and packaging with proof of purchase

  • Including all free gifts and accessories

We reserve the right to reject unreasonable or non-compliant return requests.

Refund Method

  • Online Bank Transfer: Refund within 3–5 working days.
