1. Shipping Address

Orders are shipped only to valid addresses provided during checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect shipping addresses.
Re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.

3. Change of Address

Requests to change shipping address must be made within 12 hours of order submission via email or WhatsApp.

4. Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday).
Deliveries are made during business hours (11:00am – 3:30pm).

5. Tracking Number

Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.
For digital products or services, confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
